The key to achieving your goals during a session is communication. Let your Therapist know if you are in need of general relaxation, stress reduction, pain management/relief, therapy in specific areas that need attention, or specific skin care concerns you may have.
You will enjoy your Massage or Facial treatments in a private, warm and spacious room. Expect a peaceful, calming and comfortable environment for your session. Light relaxing music will be played and the lights will be dimmed during the session.
We provide all of our guests with a comfortable, overflowing robe, and slippers. We ask you to remove all jewelry during some treatments. Make-up will be removed before any facial treatments.
Please turn your cell phones, or other electronic devices on silent upon entering the spa.
All re-scheduling or cancellations must be received no later than the day before your appointment. With this adequate notice, no charges apply.
All no-show or missed appointments will be responsible for $25 fee.
You must have your Gift Certificate or Gift Card on hand when arriving at the Spa. Gift cards are transferrable but not refundable.
If this is your first visit to Elements, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out a confidential health history and intake that will allow our staff to provide you with a customized service and results you are seeking. After reviewing the provided information, the Therapist may ask you some questions such as: reasons you are getting a massage or facial, if you have specific areas of pain, and areas that you do not want addressed during the massage or facial session.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with a robe and slippers to change into before your service. Our private locker rooms have changing areas, We recommend enjoying some tea or water before your session in our relaxation room where you will wait for your spa therapist to meet you. This area is for your quiet time before your session. Next, for your session you will be escorted to your private treatment room and given instructions to disrobe to your level of comfort for your session. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Your spa therapist will leave as you prepare. Your comfort is important to us. Our professional spa therapists will drape your body to unveil only the portion of the body that is being treated for every session. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy.
Each one hour session includes a 50 minute hands-on session, with 10 minutes for consultation and dress to allow you and your therapist to discuss your current and future treatment plans. Ninety minute sessions include 80 minutes for treatment and 10 minutes for consultation and dress. Arriving late for your appointment will shorten the length of your session(s). As a courtesy to all our guests, we regret that we cannot extend your service into the next guest's appointment time. Full charges apply for remaining portion of your session.
